Based on her upcoming Broadway play by the same name, CLYDE’S is a new comic/dramatic series from Lynn Nottage which takes viewers inside a truck stop sandwich shop that offers its formerly incarcerated kitchen staff a shot at reclaiming their lives. Even as the shop’s callous owner tries to keep them under her thumb, the staff members are given purpose and permission to dream by their shared quest to create the perfect sandwich.
